The mining sector has contributed significantly to South Africa’s economic growth and employment. Despite this strength, the industry faces challenges as it navigates ways to sustain and grow in its position. The African Mining Indaba which takes place between the 5th of January to the 8th of January will focus on the capitalisation and development of mining interests in Africa under the theme: ‘Embracing the power of positive disruption in African mining’.
